To achieve their profitability objectives, video service providers must prioritize reducing churn rates, boosting average revenue per user (ARPU), and enhancing customer lifetime value (CLV). Implementing AI, data, and analytics is crucial in this process, as they enable the identification of churn patterns and proactive interventions to retain at-risk subscribers. A multi-monetization model, combining SVoD and/or AVoD/FAST offerings, is being adopted to expand the customer base, but a strong AI-powered analytics system is essential to effectively consolidate revenue streams.
